Jayne Esch (rhymes with 'mesh') is a founding partner of
Leistico & Esch, PLLC.
Jayne practices law in South Dakota and Minnesota, specializing in agricultural and environmental litigation as well as criminal defense.
She has extensive experience representing clients in Fish and Wildlife Service wetland easement matters, South Dakota drainage permitting and civil law rule litigation, Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act compliance and reasonable use rule disputes, Endangered Species Act litigation, NRCS wetland determinations and appeals, Farm Bill program and crop insurance compliance, and general litigation
and criminal defense matters.
Jayne attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities for both her undergraduate degree and law school. She has been practicing law with co-founder Gary Leistico since 2017.
